ShenMa Concrete Mixer Station,located in Ma anshan Economy
& Technology Exploitation Zone, which is subordinate to
HongKomg exclusive investment enterprise ShenMa Building Materials
(Ma anshan) Co.,Ltd, $4.8 million registered funds，occupied
the area of 100 mu.
The Mixer Station is our country’s beforehead-mixed concrete
professional (highest) second-grade enterprise with great aptitude
and is a merchandise concrete manufacture enterprise with great
throughput and advanced production technics.
There are two producing lines of 180m3/h concrete mixing,both
adopt 3mm3 double-lied axes& compelled mixer produced by
Japanese KYC technology, the process of materials、measure、delivery、mixing
are all controlled by the automatic computer. Moreover ,We take
the lead in adopting large-scaled closed workshops used for
concrete producing workshop and sandstone materials ground.
The Mixer Station has 24 imported 8 cubic to 10 cubic mixing
conveyors and 4 concrete pump trucks which one of the arm is
42 meters long. Because our company has established strategic
using relationship with the famous concrete transportation construction
equipments factory ---XingMa Auto company, we have great potential
concrete transportation and construction ability .During the
producing and transporting , The company prepare the advanced
Motorola wireless carried and interphone systems, which connect
with attempering production and transportation resource very
easily and timely.
Moreover, the mixer station build a big independent concrete
lab, occupied the area of 570 Sq.m and some section offices
such us cement、mechanics、test blocks、standard conserving、analyse
,the examine equipments have advanced and perfect functions.
The company has a manufacture technology and administation
team with high diathesis,98 employees in the mixer station ,18
of them are equipped with the title of technical post engineer
technology and economic managers, one advanced engineer,six
engineers ,two economist, three accountants among them.they
all have training experiences or worked in the large-scaled
enterprises. |
